Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Ai With Remy LLC ("Ai With Remy", "we", "us") collects when you visit theaicourse.ai, buy The AI Course, or use the emails and community that come with it. It also explains what we do with it. Please read it alongside our Terms and Conditions. This version replaces the policy dated 17 September 2026.
1. Who we are
We are Ai With Remy LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, at 312 West 2nd Street, Casper, WY 82601, USA. We are the controller of your personal information. For any privacy question or request, email hello@aiwithremy.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details such as your name and email when you enrol or contact us.
- Payment information when you buy the Course, a team seat or a membership. Card and billing details are entered directly into Stripe's checkout form; we receive confirmation of payment, your name, email and limited billing details, not your full card number.
- If you choose a payment plan, or your community access renews monthly, Stripe keeps your payment method on file to take the remaining payments. You can update it through the link in your Stripe receipt or by emailing us.
- If you add a teammate to a team seat, we collect their name and email from you to send their invitation. Please only add someone who has agreed to you sharing their details with us. This policy applies to their information in the same way as yours.
- Answers you give in the onboarding questions in our community, and anything you post there or send us.
Information from your use of the course and community
When you take part in the Course and the community, we and the platform that runs it collect information about your participation. This includes the posts and comments you make, your lesson progress, and how you interact with the materials. We use it to run the course and community, support your learning, check refund requests under our Terms, and improve the Course.
Information we collect automatically
When you visit the site, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the site that referred you. We use these to keep the site running and secure.
Our course analytics uses random browser and visit identifiers, device and browser information, approximate country, referral source and campaign, and interactions such as viewed sections, clicks, video progress, time actively spent on the page and checkout activity. We connect observed browser activity to verified course orders to measure conversion within seven days of a landing-page visit. Reports are available only to signed-in staff.
Analytics records do not store raw IP addresses, form contents, payment credentials or complete URLs. We use an expiring hash of the IP address to limit excessive requests. You can turn off course analytics in this browser; we also respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals.
Testimonials
The reviews, photos and videos of past students on our site are shown with their permission. If you have given us a testimonial and want it changed or removed, email hello@aiwithremy.com and we will take it down within 10 days.
3. How we use your information
- provide and run the Course, including lessons, the plugin, updates, and community access;
- process payments and manage your enrolment, team seats or membership;
- send you emails about the Course, your enrolment, and related updates;
- respond to your questions and provide support;
- improve our website, content, and the Course;
- meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and protect against fraud and misuse.
Marketing emails
If you buy from us, we may email you about The AI Course and similar products and services from Ai With Remy, such as new modules, community events and related offers. Where the checkout shows a marketing tick box, we only send these emails if you tick it. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and we will stop. Opting out of marketing does not affect the emails we have to send you about your enrolment, such as receipts, access details, instalment reminders and account notices.
4. Legal bases (for visitors in the UK and EU)
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on:
- performance of our contract with you, to deliver what you bought and to take any instalment or renewal payments you agreed to;
- our legal obligations, to keep tax and accounting records and to respond to lawful requests;
- our legitimate interests, to run, secure and improve our business, to prevent fraud and misuse, and to tell existing customers about similar products, which you can opt out of at any time;
- your consent, where we ask for it, for example a marketing tick box at checkout. You can withdraw consent at any time.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, each of which may only use it to provide their service to us:
- Stripe, which handles payments and fraud prevention under its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
- Circle, which runs our online course and community, sends course notifications, and hosts your community account under its own privacy policy.
- Attio, our customer database, where we keep your contact and enrolment details.
- Resend, which sends our transactional emails such as receipts, access details and account notices.
- n8n, which we use to automate onboarding and follow-up steps between the tools above.
- Vercel, which hosts the website and streams our videos, and Cloudinary, which streams some of our videos.
- Supabase, which stores our course analytics records.
- Google, whose fonts load on our pages.
We may swap or add providers that perform the same jobs. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
6. Cookies and similar storage
We use cookies and browser storage for checkout, preferences and course analytics:
- Checkout. On the checkout page, Stripe sets cookies that it needs to process your payment and detect fraud. These are essential to checkout and are governed by Stripe's privacy policy. Our checkout also keeps a temporary, random order reference in your browser's session storage so your order status survives a page refresh. It is cleared when you close the tab.
- Preferences. If you open the site with a special link that switches which offer you see, we remember that choice in session storage until you close the tab.
- Course analytics. We keep a random browser identifier, a visit identifier and referral information in local storage across page visits. A visit expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. These stored identifiers remain until you clear browser storage. If you turn off course analytics, a cookie remembers that choice for one year in this browser.
Circle and other services you use after purchase set their own cookies on their own sites, under their own policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking Stripe's cookies will stop checkout from working.
7. How long we keep it
- Purchase and payment records: at least 7 years after the transaction, because tax and accounting law requires it.
- Your enrolment and customer record (name, email, what you bought, support history): while you have access to the Course or community, and for 3 years after your access ends, so we can honour your export rights, handle refunds and answer later questions.
- Community content and profile: while your Circle account exists. Posts may remain visible without your name where removing them would break other people's discussions, unless you ask us to remove them.
- Marketing list: until you unsubscribe. We keep a minimal record of your email on a suppression list so we do not email you again by mistake.
- Server logs: a short period, normally under 30 days.
When we no longer need information, we delete or anonymise it.
8. International transfers
We are based in the United States and most of our providers process data there. If you are in the UK, the EU or another region with data-transfer rules, your information will be transferred to the US and possibly other countries. We protect those transfers using the mechanisms the law recognises: the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where relevant), or a provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension, plus the commitments in each provider's data-processing terms. Email us if you would like a copy of the safeguards for a specific provider.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, and receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
California residents: you have the rights in the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete and correct your information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
UK and EU residents: you also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). In the EU it is the supervisory authority where you live.
To make a request, email hello@aiwithremy.com from the address you used with us, or tell us how to verify it is you. We reply within one month (45 days for California requests) and will tell you if we need longer for a complex request. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email, without contacting us.
10. Children
The Course and this site are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and you must be 18 or over to buy. If you believe someone under 18 has given us personal information, email hello@aiwithremy.com and we will delete it.
11. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Card details are never stored on our servers; they are entered directly into Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We post the current version here with its effective date.
13. Contact
